Furthermore, farms, remote or rural addresses, and certain commercial addresses may not be covered by our free shipping service due to limited accessibility for LTL-Freight vehicles. To ensure successful delivery, a valid business name and commercial address with a loading dock and crew must be provided. We offer a complimentary liftgate service with the LTL-Freight vehicle to assist with unloading the item. Please be aware that orders requiring LTL-Freight shipping will be dispatched within three business days after a valid address is provided and verified. Once the order has been shipped, no changes, such as address corrections or cancellations, can be made. It is important to note that the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with forced changes.
