Residential zones and addresses, including businesses operating from homes, are not eligible for delivery. Additionally, farms, remote/rural addresses, and certain commercial addresses may not be covered by our free shipping service due to difficulties accessing these locations with an LTL-Freight vehicle. To ensure successful delivery, a valid business name must be provided along with a valid commercial address that has a loading dock and crew. If needed, an LTL-Freight vehicle can include a liftgate for unloading the item, and this service is complimentary. Orders requiring LTL-Freight shipping will be dispatched within three business days once a valid address has been provided and verified. It is important to note that any changes, including address corrections and cancellations, are not available once an order has been shipped. If any forced changes are necessary, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.
