The Hypertrac All Season is an Ultra High Performance All-Season tire designed for sports cars, coupes, and powerful sedans. It offers high-speed capability and predictable handling in both dry and wet conditions, as well as year-round performance, even in light snow. Its asymmetric tread design features wider outboard tread elements for quick steering response and agile dry handling. The tread also has a high void pattern and optimized groove design to effectively evacuate water from the contact patch, enhancing its wet performance. Additionally, a specially-tuned polymer blend compound contributes to maintaining good traction on wet surfaces. The tread design incorporates zigzag sipes and biting edges to improve traction on wet and snowy roads. Vredestein has made a compound update to the Hypertrac All Season starting from the 27th week of 2021. The purpose of this update is to enhance traction on wet and snowy surfaces. It is recommended to install a complete set of four tires with the revised compound to fully experience the benefits. However, it is also stated that tires with the new compound can be mixed with tires featuring the original compound in any quantity. Any Hypertrac All Season tire with a DOT TIN manufacture date of 2721 or later will have the revised compound. The internal construction of the Hypertrac All Season includes a two-ply, polyester casing for a smooth and comfortable ride. It is further reinforced by twin steel belts and a single polyamide reinforcement ply, ensuring high-speed stability and responsive handling.
